It is with heavy hearts that we extend our deepest condolences on the passing of Joe Cooper.

Officer Cooper was a dedicated servant to our community whose kindness, commitment, and impact reached so many families throughout Geneva. His loss will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

On behalf of Geneva Youth Football League, we send our deepest condolences to Joe’s family, friends, and everyone suffering during this incredibly difficult time.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Cooper family and our Geneva community as we mourn this tremendous loss. ❤️🤍🩶

Rest in peace, Officer Cooper. Your service and impact on our community will not be forgotten. 🕊️
