Another week, another Happy Tuesday!

Riding with a group of pals is one of the best parts about being in a cycling community. Different bikes, different skills, different goals, one passion. On this ride we had FIVE different people slow down and wave or honk gleefully at us. One lady fully stopped and hollered, "Y'ALL ARE SO BEAUTIFUL!!!". Our hearts were warmed. Smiles could not be helped.

She says to remember that you should replace your helmet every 3-5 years depending on how much you use it. Replacement is also important after an actual hit to the head.
