Last week, Iceberg Coaching hosted our 3rd Annual Field Trip - it was a great day!

Twenty business owners and leaders came together in Des Moines for a day of learning, connection, and fresh ideas.

A huge thank you to:
• RDG Planning & Design and Jason Blome for an outstanding behind-the-scenes tour and conversation.
• Drake University and Michelle Huggins for sharing insights into leadership, education, and community partnership.
• Chris Ranallo of Decoy for the incredible musical selections during lunch at Wakonda Club.
• Travis Shelton and TJ Rude of Northern Vessel for teaching us on excellence everyday and the amazing cold brew lattes!

One of the greatest gifts of leadership is the opportunity to learn from others. When leaders step outside their normal environment, ask great questions, and build new relationships, good things happen.

Thank you to everyone who invested their time and energy to make the day truly memorable.
We're already looking forward to 2027 as we expand our Field Trip experiences to both Iowa City and Des Moines.
