Tee time's calling. Is your back ready to answer?

I hear it every year: the rotational swing that makes golf so satisfying is also one of the toughest movements for your spine. If back pain has been creeping into your game, I want you to know it doesn't have to stay that way.

This is a question I love answering, because for the right patient, it's a game-changer.

Cervical disc replacement is a procedure I perform to remove a damaged disc and replace it with an artificial one designed to relieve your pain while preserving the natural motion and flexibility in your neck. It's a real advantage over traditional fusion for many of my patients.

Most people I treat notice significant relief almost immediately and are back to normal activities within 4-6 weeks. Wondering if you're a candidate? Tap the link below to read more, or reach out and let's talk it through.

One of my favorite things to tell patients is that there's a nonsurgical way to stop back pain signals before they ever reach the brain.

I use Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA), also known as Rhizotomy, to target the nerves behind arthritic facet joint pain, offering my patients lasting relief without ever stepping into an operating room.

No surgery. No lengthy recovery. Just targeted, effective relief.

If you think RFA might be right for you, send me a message or visit the link below to learn more.

I get asked about Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF) all the time, so I'm answering some of the most common questions I hear from patients.

❓ What is ACDF?
It's a procedure I use to remove a damaged disc from the front of the neck and replace it with a bone graft, fusing the vertebrae for lasting stability and relief.
❓ What can you expect afterward?
Some swelling, soreness, and temporary trouble swallowing are normal. Most of my patients see these symptoms ease within just a few days.
❓ How long is recovery?
Most of my patients return to everyday activities in 4-6 weeks, though everyone heals a little differently.

Have a question about ACDF I didn't cover? Ask away in the comments. I'm happy to help. 👇

What can change in 48 hours? Your diagnosis. Your plan. Your pain level.

I built my practice around one simple idea: you shouldn't have to wait weeks for answers. That's why I offer telehealth visits, so I can see you quickly, figure out what's going on, and get you started on a plan within 48 hours.

Because relief shouldn't be a waiting game, and neither should you.

I see patients in New Jersey, New York, and South Florida, and wherever you are, you get the same thing: me, directly, from your first visit through recovery.

No matter which location you come to, you'll work with me on your diagnosis, your treatment plan, and every step that follows. That continuity matters; it changes the quality of decisions we can make together.

I work with PPO-insured patients and am considered out-of-network.

I don't take testimonials lightly. Every person who walks through my door is someone's family member. I treat them the way I'd want someone in my family to be treated with time, honesty, and a real plan.
