Did you know anyone can attend our classes at Fitness on the Go. All fitness levels, guy, gals, tweens, teens, young & old. We have a couple of guys that attend bootcamp & off & on our classes. Sometimes moms bring their young ones to exercise with them. Our instructors work at your level of fitness. Everyone is moving at their own pace! Move it or lose it!

When the gym, where we attended classes, closed there were no other places that offered a variety of group classes. We met (for about a month) at different locations until we could find an affordable spot.
Therefore, I temporarily named the group Fitness on the Go. Once we found a spot everyone wanted to keep the name. Today the name still fits! We are always “On The Go.” We love being out in the community warming up the crowd, participating in events, and enjoying our partnership w/MarMo. Here we are almost 9 years later…..

Follow the Fitness on the Go “Did You Know” series this week and you might find something you didn’t know or something that might encourage you to join us.
We have 4 instructors & 2 subs. We have a VERY small (non/existant🤣) budget but if you teach & are interested please reach out. We are always interested in partnerships.
