75 Hard is the fitness version of the keto diet.
Not because it doesn't work.
Because it works for a small percentage of people... while convincing everyone else that extreme is the only path to results.
The truth?
You don't need to work out every single day to get in great shape. Your body gets stronger when it recovers.
You don't need to follow a highly restrictive diet to lose weight. You can eat foods you enjoy and still make incredible progress.
You don't need to spend hours meal prepping, checking boxes, or trying to be perfect.
What you need is a plan you can stick to for months and years—not just 75 days.
The best fitness program isn't the hardest one.
It's the one you'll still be doing a year from now.
If you've been waiting until you're "motivated enough" to start an extreme challenge, stop waiting.
Start building habits you can actually maintain.
If you want help creating a plan that fits your life instead of taking it over, send me a message.

Most people think a personal trainer is there to count your reps or make you sweat.
That's the easy part.
A good coach helps you train with purpose. They teach proper technique, build a program around your body and your goals, help you avoid unnecessary injuries, and know when to push you and when to back off.
The result isn't just better workouts—it's years of consistent progress instead of constantly starting over because something hurts.
Whether your goal is losing weight, getting stronger, moving without pain, or simply feeling capable again, having someone in your corner can make all the difference.
If you're looking for a coach who focuses on education, long-term results, and building a stronger body that lasts for life—not just burning calories for an hour—I'd love to help. Send me a message, and let's talk about your goals.

You don't need a 2-hour leg day with 15 different exercises to get stronger.
Today's workout took about 30 minutes and covered everything I wanted:
• Assisted ring hangs to open up the shoulders, spine, hips, and knees.
• Banded T-handle swings for explosive power. • Heavy Zercher squat singles to build real-world strength.
• Hanging knee raises for core stability.
• Isometric lunge holds to finish with strength and durability.
Simple. Intentional. Effective.
The best program isn't the one with the most exercises—it's the one you can recover from and stay consistent with.
What's one exercise you refuse to skip on leg day? Let me know in the comments.
If you're looking for a program that fits your life instead of taking it over, send me a DM and let's talk.

Sometimes the only thing you can control is your attitude.
A few hours before this picture, the airline had lost all of our luggage.
We were in Spain, exhausted from traveling, wearing the same clothes, and wandering through a little thrift store hoping to find anything we could use until our bags showed up.
Then I spotted this ridiculous Viking helmet.
For about 30 seconds, I forgot how frustrated I was.
I put it on, made my wife laugh, and reminded myself that not every problem needs to ruin your day.
The luggage eventually turned up.
The stress passed.
The memory that stuck? The Viking helmet.
Life isn't always about avoiding setbacks. Sometimes it's about choosing to smile anyway.
You can't always control what happens to you, but you can choose how you respond.
What's the funniest thing you've done to make the best of a bad situation? I'd love to hear your story.

I love this group of people and cherish the time we have together climbing.
You guys are the best, and I look forward to every weekend for the next chance to climb again!
just a simple little habit stack. this helps me to remember to take my creatine and collagen because I'm addicted to caffeine so I'm never going to skip my coffee.
I think there's a lot of good value in taking creatine, it's one of the most researched supplements in the world. you may not believe in collagen but I feel like it does help me, I know that's an anecdote but you can decide for yourself.
anyway to my fellow creatine and coffee Enthusiast maybe give this a shot if you keep forgetting to take your creatine LOL

Choosing the right coach isn't about finding someone who can count reps—it's about finding someone who knows how to adapt training to you.
Every person has different goals, different limitations, and a different starting point.
That's why personalized coaching always beats cookie-cutter programs.
I'm grateful for reviews like this because they remind me why I do what I do.

Most people only focus on training harder.
The people who make progress also take recovery seriously.
Sleep. Good nutrition. Hydration. Walking. Managing stress.
Your body adapts between workouts, not during them.
If you've been pushing hard but your progress has stalled, the answer might not be another workout—it might be better recovery.
What's one thing you do to recover after a tough workout? Let me know below.

One meal didn't ruin your progress.
One weekend didn't ruin your progress.
The cycle of "I messed up, so I'll start again Monday" is what keeps people stuck.
Successful fat loss isn't about perfection.
It's about building habits you can repeat for months, not days.
That's why I don't hand my clients restrictive meal plans they'll hate.
As a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, I create custom meal guides built around your lifestyle, your food preferences, and your goals so you can lose fat without feeling like your life revolves around dieting.
If you're ready to stop starting over and want a plan that's actually sustainable, send me a DM with the word "COACHING" and let's talk about my online coaching program.
Some exercises look simple until you actually try them.
This one humbled me fast. 😅 It takes a crazy combination of balance, strength, mobility, and body awareness.
I couldn't pull it off this time... but that's exactly why challenges like this are fun.
They expose weaknesses and give you something to work toward.
Now it's your turn.
Try it, film it, and tag me. I want to see who can actually nail this one. 👊
