Good morning Heretics!!!

We’d like to congratulate Sarah on hitting 2 milestones last week. One for achieving a Red level in Front Squats and one for moving her overall fitness up to Orange I!!

As you all have seen on here, achieving a Red level in any category is no joke. To do it in a strength category like Front Squats means you’re not only strong AF but you also have the right mechanics to make that happen.

Sarah was also able to increase her running speed up to Blue which then triggered her overall level up to Orange I!!!

Well done Sarah!! Keep up the great work and keep turning those weaknesses into strengths. 💪👍

They just completed their Kickstart with Coach Craig and have been kicking butt in classes all this week. Look out for these two because they’re eager to change the course of their health and fitness and we’re ready to run with them. 💪👍

He just finished up his fundamentals with Coach Craig and is looking to get stronger so he can crush his completion on the court (tennis). We know building a resilient body will not only help him on the court, but it will serve him well off the court.

He’s been looking at getting back into fitness after a brief period away after graduating college. He just finished up his fundamentals with Coach Craig and is ready to regain his fitness from just a few years ago. We’re excited to see what he can accomplish as the skies the limit for him.

Good morning Heretics!!

We’d like to congratulate Robyn on her recent level up to Orange II!!

Having started less than a year ago at Yellow I, Robyn has been putting in the work showing up to classes 4-5 days per week and even getting some extra credit done at Open Gym on Sundays. So there’s no surprise she’s reached this level so quickly.

Way to go Robyn!! Keep doing what you’re doing and let’s see what you can accomplish in another year!! 👍💪

Good morning Heretics of the interwebs!!!

We’d like to congratulate Osman on moving his needle up to Purple II!!

For someone who’s been doing CrossFit for over 5 years now, PRs don’t come as often as someone just starting out. So we’d like to say “Well done!!” to our veterans who continue to refine their movements and become better over the years. Flexibility has been the thing holding Osman from advancing and he’s finally been able to get over that hurdle.

She just graduated her Couch to CrossFit fundamentals and is already kicking butt in classes. One of her main goals is to get stronger and she ages so she can be self-sufficient in her “golden years”. We know she’s off to a great start and we’re excited to see what she can accomplish.

Good morning Heretics!!!

We’d like to congratulate Mike on achieving and overall level of Yellow II!!! Not only is Mike breaking the narrative of “you’re too old to start”, he’s also breaking the narrative of “just do cardio and lift light weights”. You’re NEVER to old to start and the advice of “lifting light weights” is just BS. 😎

He’s been sleeping on reassessing some categories that we know he’s gotten tremendously better on. So during his hybrid PT session, he crushed several categories propelling him up to Yellow II. He was able to move his Rings (YI -> YIII, Weightlifting (YIII -> Bl) and Neuro/Core (YIII -> OII) and is now looking at several others to reassess.

Way to go Mike. Keep up the great work!!!

Good morning Heretics!!

We’d like to congratulate Mina for leveling up her overall fitness to Yellow I!!

She’s been consistent, she’s put in the work, and the results are paying off. Her biggest accomplishments have been increasing her upper body strength, getting better at jumping rope and increasing her workout capacity.

We know she’s just getting started and can’t wait to see how far she goes as she continues her health and fitness journey.
