Friends,

I know that those of you who are working for the Federal government are facing a lot of stress and trials during this time. I often feel powerless to help, but I can offer my support through yoga. I will be offering FREE Zoom Yoga for the foreseeable future to Federal Employees.

If you or anyone you know works for the Federal government and needs some yoga, please take advantage of this opportunity!

All Mat Yoga classes are available for this opportunity. There will be a limit for spaces (yes, even on zoom!) so each person must register in advance (and new clients will be required to sign the standard waiver).
