Last Call for Open House! 🤸

Our Open House is tomorrow from 4:00-6:00 PM, and we’re so excited for an afternoon of extra gym time, skill practice, and fun!

Athletes ages 5+ can choose the events they want to work on, all while being supervised by our coaches. Parents, you’re welcome to drop off your kiddos and let them enjoy two hours of gymnastics fun!

Don't forget, if you bring a friend who isn’t currently enrolled at Balance 180, you’ll both receive a Balance 180 stuffed animal!

Throwback Thursday!
A couple weeks ago, our Competitive Teams took part in their first mock meet of the fall season! Our athletes absolutely shined and showed off all the hard work they’ve been putting in. We can’t wait to keep cheering them on and watching them continue to grow throughout the season!

Coach Spotlight: Cristina

Coach Cristina is a 3rd year psychology student with a minor in public health on the Pre-PA track at UF!

Her favorite memory at Balance 180 was bonding with our adaptive athletes during summer camp.

She loves going to pilates and traveling.

Fun fact: She has danced for 15 years! Her favorite styles were ballroom and hip hop!

Happy Wild Wednesday!

Our Tots are always on the move! Our Tiny Explorers class is designed for children who are walking independently and gives toddlers the chance to practice rolling, walking on balance beams, and building fundamental movement skills with the support of a parent or caregiver.

It’s a fun and supportive way for your little one to move & explore!

Tiny Explorers classes are offered:
Wednesdays at 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM & 2:00 PM
Saturdays at 8:00 AM
