We start tomorrow. Are you ready? The Forgiveness Portal is opening tomorrow and I’d like to invite you!

It’s inspired by the spirit of Yom Kippur, the Jewish Day of Atonement but is open to anyone who wants to join - women only.

It’s a time to reflect what’s holding me back.
A time to release.
A time to return to ourselves with more softness and more freedom.

When we do not forgive, we can remain connected to the past, carrying the hurt, the anger and the disappointment, the shame and the blame, while continuing to give our energy to something that has already happened.

Forgiveness is not saying that what happened was okay. No no no!

It is choosing to free yourself.

For five days, we will move gently
through different levels of attachment, beginning with something small
and gradually going deeper.

And on the final day,
the journey turns inward.
We forgive ourselves.

Then on September 20th - will meet together for the final closing meditation.

This is about choosing yourself.
Reclaiming your energy.

Creating more space for peace,
freedom and presence.

The experience will take place inside the Kol Ya women’s circle WhatsApp group - link in first comment.

Each day you will receive that day’s practice, and the group will open for one hour for sharing.

The Forgiveness Portal is inspired by the spirit of Yom Kippur, the Jewish Day of Atonement, but it is intended to every one of us.

A time to reflect on what’s still holding us in our past.
A time to release.
A time to return to ourselves with more softness and more freedom.

When we do not forgive, we can remain connected to the past, carrying the hurt, the anger and the disappointment, the blame and the shame, while continuing to give our energy to something that has already happened. Sometimes years and years before.

Forgiveness is not saying that what happened was okay. No no no.

It is choosing to free yourself. To Forgive yourself.

For five days, we will move gently through different levels of attachment, beginning with something small and gradually going deeper. From people we are less care for, to our closest connections.

And on the final day, the journey turns inward.

We forgive ourselves.

This is about choosing yourself.
Reclaiming your energy.
Creating more space for peace, freedom and presence.

The experience will take place inside the Kol-Ya Women’s circle - WhatsApp group.

Each day you will receive that day’s practice, the short meditation, and the group will open for one hour for sharing.

On the final day, September 20th - we will gather live via zoom for our final closing meditation and reflection.

Remember, our moto is always: It is safe to be yourself. Hope to see you and please bring more women who can benefit this deep healing freeing process.

You are whole! You are exactly where you need to be. All that is needed now is for you to choose yourself! To be yourself! To bring all the parts of you, all your gifts, all your superpowers to your life, to your loved ones, to your work. For so many lifetimes we were not safe to say what we think, what we see, how we feel. But in this lifetime, which we are all in this together: IT IS SAFE TO BE YOURSELF! YEs it is and there is no one exactly like you. This world is awaiting for you to be yourself unique expression in it. So please, this special month, on these special days, 9.9.26 and now the New jewish year is at the door, please CHOOSE YOURSELF. Re-member who you truly are, why you came here, what gifts you have and start sharing it. And if still having trouble to see the wholeness and holiness of who you are - call me and we’ll work together until you remember.

Happy to open the celebration of the new Jewish year with a beautiful Baking Challa event by JWCA | Jewish Women Connection. Not many words this year, but a simple vibration that Id like to share to you all, of “Choice” for this upcoming Jewish year.

Choosing yourself!
Choosing how to react!
Choosing who to love!
Choosing where to put your energy!intentions, your energy.

Remembering that a new year, is a reminder of the possibility of a new start. Start Of what? Of anything that isn’t working, in your life’s movie. You created it, You can change it, and you can start today.
But the most important thing, choose yourself! I put all my blessings and my intentions for this year, in this simple 8 ball shape challah and it went out perfect!

Sometimes the thing that scares you a little
is the exact thing you’re meant to do. Walking on glaciers, swim in 1celsius and paddle board in a glacier pool? Crazy!

But you choose to do it anyway. Not because you’re fearless.
Because you already know what happens if you don’t. You look fear into the eyes and jump.

Do it shaking. Do it unsure. Do it anyway.

Two years ago I was supposed to swim and SUP on a glacier. We got there and it wasn’t possible. Disappointing.

This year, different company: Alaska Helicopter Tours same dream. I decided to close that loop.

Booked it for Friday. Then it was cancelled, high winds. I was disappointed for about five minutes, then remembered I trust the flow and the universe is always rigged in my favor! I stayed flexible, I used my magic, we shifted plans, stayed one more night in Palmer, and got handed a perfect day instead with a last minute opportunity to for this once in a lifetime experience.

Then came the dry suit. It grips your neck like it’s trying to strangle you a little. I’m the most sensitive person alive about that kind of thing and I genuinely thought “I cannot do this.” Then I remembered: when I want something, nothing stops me. I breathed, calmed myself. Not even a suit trying to choke me on a Paddleboards will stop me!

Walked the glacier to warm up. Got in the water, David jumped, I floated. Wasn’t even cold, which felt like its own small miracle at 1 degree Celsius.

Then paddled straight into the glacier pool. No words. Just awe.

Helicopter in, helicopter out. Not of this world. Many Thanks to Hailee and Sarah our guides!

None of this, the trust, the flexibility, the willingness to stay in my body even when it’s uncomfortable, was always natural for me. It’s something I had to relearn.

Join my KOL·YA circle for my next live Zoom masterclass to hear about my journey and some of my “Body temple” secrets!

Flying with David over Knik Glacier today was a first! Bush plane, the kind that can land almost anywhere. This was David’s last flight, after 3 day Bush plane and Sea plane training with Jon, his instructor from Fly8MA.

What’s unique in that airplane - is its wheels, which allow it to land almost anywhere. We landed in the middle of nature. Made a yummy picnic. Packed up and flew back.

The weather was perfect. My first time in a small bush plane. Watching my hubby fly it. I don’t have words for how special that was.

Thank you Jon from Fly8MA flight school for this experience. It’s not one we’ll forget.

4-Minute Meditation from my Narnia, at Tonsina Trail, Seward, Alaska.

Sometimes all it takes is 4 minutes.

Stop. Breathe. Be thankful.

Even a short pause with the earth beneath you can shift everything.

This is a Connecting with Mother Earth meditation, recorded right here on Tonsina Trail in Seward, after a 5 mile hike. A reminder that stillness doesn’t need to be long to be sacred.

🎧 Press play. Breathe with me.
