Our talented instructor, Pam Hess, led an energetic Pilates mat class on Friday, launching the first session of the 'Pilates for the Surgeon Body' course with a group of UF faculty members and residents from the Department of Plastic Surgery. The class emphasized core strengthening and flexibility designed for surgical professionals.
