The Alabama Angels are back on the diamond this weekend for the 9 | 11 Never Forget Tournaments! 😇⚾

This weekend is about more than baseball. We compete while remembering and honoring the heroes, first responders, service members, and all those impacted by September 11, 2001. 🇺🇸

🏆⚾ WHAT A WAY TO KICK OFF LABOR DAY WEEKEND! ⚾🏆

What a day for the Alabama Angels! 😇🔥 Two championships, a runner-up finish, and a whole lot of fight from our boys!

🔴 ANGELS 8U — LABOR DAY CHAMPIONS! 🏆

The boys finally got their mojo back! 8U finished the day a perfect 4-0 and found their way back to the top!

After battling through some adversity the past couple of weeks, these young men responded exactly how we knew they could. They stayed together, kept working, and came out ready to compete.

Back on top where they belong! 💪🔥 Proud of the fight and determination from this group!

🔴 ANGELS 10U RED — LABOR DAY CHAMPIONS! 🏆

4-0 ON THE DAY!

10U Red came out of the gates FAST, applied pressure from the very beginning, and never took their foot off the gas.

The numbers tell the story — 46 runs scored while allowing only 6 runs ALL DAY! 🔥

These boys competed with confidence from the first pitch to the last and finished the job when it mattered most.

A dominant team effort and a championship well earned! 🏆🔥

🔵 ANGELS 10U NAVY — LABOR DAY RUNNER-UP! 🥈

What a way to open their season!

The resilience, attitude, energy, and effort from these boys was truly awesome to watch. They battled their way all the way into the championship game, where they met a familiar opponent — Angels 10U Red.

They came up just short, but what a statement this group made in their first tournament of the fall. A complete 180 from the spring, and if today is any indication, these boys are going to be a LOT of fun to watch this season! 👀🔥

🔥 AND HOW ABOUT OUR 10U PROGRAM?! 🔥

Both 10U teams competed all day in the scorching heat, battled their way through their brackets, and earned the opportunity to face EACH OTHER FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP!

That’s something these boys, coaches, and families will be able to talk about for a long time.

One team walked away champions and the other runner-up, but the bigger picture is what these boys accomplished together.

Two teams. One program. One championship game.

That’s a BIG statement for the Alabama Angels program. 💪😇

We’re excited to be back on the field this weekend as the boys get back to work! 🔥

A lot of baseball ahead, and we’re especially excited to see 10U Navy open up their fall season! 💪⚾

Time to compete, play for each other, and set the tone from the first pitch.

Another weekend on the diamond and another weekend of growth for our boys! 🔥

🔴 7U RED — RUNNER-UP 🥈

7U Red showed up READY to play some baseball! These boys went 2-0 in pool play, won their first bracket game, and battled their way into the championship before falling just short to a really good Warriors team.

The chemistry with this group continues to build week by week, and the product we’re seeing on the field is a direct reflection of the work they’re putting in.

Keep working, boys. Keep trusting each other. We’re just getting started! 💪⚾️

🔴 10U RED — SILVER BRACKET CHAMPIONS 🏆

10U Red opened their season against some really good competition, going 1-1 in pool play before finishing the day 3-1 and bringing home the Silver Bracket Championship! 🏆🔥

Unfortunately, a crazy 6-way tie came down to runs allowed and record , and we gave up just a few runs too many to make the Gold Bracket.

But if this weekend showed us anything, it’s that this season is going to be a FUN one with this group! There’s a lot to build on and a lot of baseball still ahead.

The HALOS are back on the diamond this weekend as 7U Red, 8U, and 10U Red take the field in the Big League Chew event! 🔥😇

Looking to bounce back after Week 1. Worked through a few kinks this week, made some adjustments, and these boys are ready to get back after it! 💪

Coming off a 2-2 weekend against some great competition. The goal this week is simple — bring back that energy, determination, and fight and keep DOMINATING! 🔥

🔴 10U RED
SEASON OPENER! They’re jumping straight into a tough Week 1, and we wouldn’t want it any other way. Great competition makes you better — time to see what these boys are made of! 💯

🔴🔵 8U opens the fall season with an absolute BANGER of a tournament, facing two tough opponents right out of the gate in pool play. We want the challenge. We want the competition. Playing great competition only makes you better, and this group is ready to compete, battle, and set the tone for the fall! 💪🔥

🔴 7U RED is ready to hit the field and start its season WITH A STATEMENT! This group has put in the work and is hungry to make its mark this fall. Now it’s time to turn that work into results and show what Angels baseball is all about! 😤⚾

Congratulations to these 11 young men who had the incredible opportunity to represent the Alabama Angels on the national stage at the USSSA National All-State Championships!

A special congratulations as well to our 8U Team Alabama group for an outstanding Runner-Up finish. We couldn’t be more proud of the way you represented Alabama, your families, your teammates, and USSSA baseball against some of the best competition in the country.
