Darkhorse Fitness

Coach Jesse has been training amateur and professional athletes for over 15 years getting them ready for the next step in their career or rehilibilitating them for general life. He wants to bring that experience to you. Jesse is adding a class called JLAFit Sports Performance for you! It will be full of dynamic movements, new ways to challenge your body, strength, conditioning and more. We are seeing members burn 750 to 1,000+ cal during a session plus build muscle, endurance, flexibility, and confidence.

JLAFit Sports Performance will be an added class time that we didn’t have before and open to all members.

11:00am Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and 9:30a on Saturdays.

We are always proud of all our athletes for their hard work everyday. Today our athlete Kim hit a new personal record in her squat clean! If you know Kim lifting heavy is not her favorite thing, but she knows it is good for her mentally and physically so she does it anyways ! She shows up everyday and today we all witness her new PR ( personal record) . This is just the natural outcome of discipline and work that starts mentally. Proud of you Kim! 💯
