When we say NFX Family this is what we mean! It’s more than a saying, it’s a way of doing life. Thank you all for showing up and giving honor to one of our NFX Family members.

This Saturday we will do something special for one of our very own NFX Families, Frank and Angelina Montijo. On May 31st of last ear their son Joel passed away unexpectedly. As NFX has done before we rallied together and supported the family with love, support, and donations.

Frank and Angelina have given me the honor of designing a workout in memory of their son based off of some of his favorite movements. So this Saturday at the 8 and 915am classes we will do the workout dedicated to "Joel."

We are excited to see everyone this weekend and we look forward to honoring a great young man taken too soon.

I am happy to announce Hatcher Creed Huckaba 5lb 6 oz and 17.5 inches long born on Tuesday July 28th. Both KK and Hatcher are home and doing great!! Welcome to the NFX family Hatcher Creed…..

I wanted to remind yall that we will again be providing Middle/High School athlete performance classes this summer. If you plan on having your kiddos attend I need you to respond to this email or text me so I can put y’all down for planning purposes. Any questions please let me know.

When: Mondays and Wednesdays 1:15-2:15pm

Session 1- June 1st thru June 29th

OFF- June 30-July 5th

Session 2- July 6th thru July 29th

Where: NFX of course

For Who: Serious MS/HS athletes 13+

How Much: $160 per session or $20 per class. There will be a 10% discount for siblings for full sessions purchased
