We’re officially HYROX affiliated.

Starting in August, we’ll be introducing one HYROX-focused class each week alongside our regular F45 programming as we continue building and evolving the community.

We’ll also be adding open gym hours for anyone wanting extra conditioning, race prep, strength work, and additional training outside of class! Please take a vote on which class time would best suit you!

Whether you want to compete in HYROX or just level up your fitness, we’re excited to bring a new challenge and energy into the studio.
