I hope everyone is gearing up and getting ready! We have just TWO tournaments left in the 2026 season, so now is the time to finish strong!

How high can you jump and still hit the target?
Competitors will attempt a Double-Action Front Kick to a raised target.
Only two rules:

As the target gets higher, the challenge gets tougher. How high can you go while still maintaining technique and control?

Grab your teammates and put your teamwork to the test!
Teams consist of 3–5 competitors and registration is $10 per teammate.
Work together, stay synchronized, and show us what your team can do!

🚩 FLAG TAG FOR WHITE & YELLOW BELTS!
Flag Tag is no longer just for the Pre-School division!
For the remainder of 2026, White & Yellow Belts ages 6–8 and 9–11 can compete in Flag Tag, and it is included with tournament registration.
If sparring feels intimidating to your child or they are not quite ready to step into a sparring division, Flag Tag is a great place to start.
It helps competitors practice:
⚡ Movement and reaction
🎯 Timing and distance
🥋 Facing an opponent
💪 Confidence under pressure
It gives newer competitors a fun, lower-pressure way to begin developing the skills that will help prepare them for Point Sparring.
⚠️ WHITE & YELLOW BELT SPARRING REMINDER
White and Yellow Belts who still wish to compete in Point Sparring must bump up to the Green Belt division.
A waiver signed by the competitor’s instructor is required and must be brought to the ring with the competitor cards.
Parents and instructors, please help us prevent confusion during staging.
If your student is a Yellow Belt who has bumped up to the Green Belt division, do not send them to the ring when the Yellow Belt division is called.
For example, if the Yellow Belt division is called to Ring 1, your student must wait until their correct age group and Green Belt division are called.
Please make sure competitors know which division they are competing in before staging begins. This will help keep the tournament running smoothly!
🚩 NEW — SCHOOL SPIRIT AWARD!
Which school can bring the biggest team?
The school with the largest competitor delegation at the Magnolia Classic will take home the School Spirit Flag!
And yes — the previous tournaments count too!
Although we are just introducing the award, we have competitor totals from each tournament earlier this season, and those numbers WILL be included.
We will continue tracking each school's competitor count through the final tournaments of 2026.
At the end of the season, the school with the highest total number of competitors for the entire year will receive the School Spirit Award at our year-end awards celebration! 🏆
So rally your students, teammates, families, and school — every competitor counts!
👊 TRY THE COMBAT FITNESS CHALLENGE!
The Combat Fitness Challenge is FREE with tournament registration for the rest of 2026!
No previous martial arts or competition experience is required.
Challenge events include:
💪 Push-Up Challenge — Correct push-ups only
🥊 Punches & Crunches Challenge
🦵 Squat Kick Challenge — Deep squats with a front kick
🔥 Striking Challenge
One Striking Challenge set consists of:
👊 6 punches
💥 6 elbows
🦵 6 knees
🥋 6 round kicks
No switching arms or legs during a set.
Come test your strength, conditioning, technique, and determination and see how you stack up!
We’ll be tracking those results too, and Combat Fitness Challenge awards may be presented at our year-end awards celebration.

You do not have to purchase a meal ticket to attend the awards, dancing, and celebration portion of the Gala.
Because space is limited, all guests must purchase admission in advance.
Early-Bird Gala-Only — $20

Gala-Only Admission does not include the catered meal, desserts, or reserved table seating. Guests may join us after dinner service for the awards, dancing, and celebration.
Limited general seating will be available.
