A glimpse into our fencing camp .. the fencing camp is an excellent time to learn the skill for many reasons. First, fencing camps provide an opportunity for athletes to get hands-on instruction and practice with experienced coaches and fencers and also sessions with sports psychologists during the camp. Development of a consistent and effective technique is best achieved by doing drills and exercises under the guidance of a knowledgeable instructor. Also, camps can provide the structure necessary to help novice fencers develop proper form and techniques. Finally, it provides a great opportunity to network with other fencers, learn the rules and etiquette of the sport, and have fun.

Congratulations to Frisco Fencing competitive team. The team went to the tournament in what’s popular as "Battle in Space City" aka Houston!!

🤺 Strong Y10 women fencer Anne Chacko took the 5th place. This is her 2nd tournament. She also fenced in Y12 women's.
🤺 Fencing 1 yr. Y12 mens Navin Nambir took the 7th place also his second tournament. He also fenced in Y14.
🤺 Cadet men's Aneesh Kotvali took a 9th place, his 3rd tournament and he earned regional points for JO'S. He also fenced in Y14.
🤺 Jr men's Pranay Seethamraju placed 9th he also earned points for JO'S.
Good job team 🤺💪🏾 and congratulations/ good job to the Coaches!
