Meet Michelle! 💙✨ Michelle may be new to the gymnastics world, but she brings a warm, friendly attitude to our Front Desk every day. With a background in healthcare, she's dedicated to creating a welcoming experience and supporting our FGC families from the moment they walk through the door.
Team Camp 2026 recap is here…and it’s a long one, but every second is worth it 🤍 Such an incredible weekend full of growth, connection, and so many highlight moments we’ll never forget.
We loved having KT All Stars join us and are beyond grateful for our amazing clinicians this year. Each one brought something unique and truly made an impact on every athlete they worked with. A huge thank you to coaches Ava, Ali, Derick, Sadie, and Mohini!!

Meet Coach Desi! ✨She has over 11 years of cheer experience, including sideline cheer, competitive cheer, and All Star cheer. Desi loves helping athletes build confidence, learn new skills, and develop the same love for the sport that she has. 💛
