Desiree Holland has been a Fitness Professional since 2012. She first began her fitness journey as a Zumba Student which ignited her passion for health, fitness, people, and the community it creates. She is now certified in Zumba, POUND, R.I.P.P.E.D and is a Master Trainer, Presenter, and choreographer for MUVZ Fitness. For her, becoming an educator to educators has been an experience beyond measure. She also served as a Regional Group Exercise Manager for Fitness Evolution Health Clubs. She values being an empathetic fitness professional above all and believes that building a community in love, and living a happy, fruitful, and meaningful life is key. Her motto: “Always stay humble and kind, and strive to be the best version of yourself everyday”
