8:00 AM — Men’s Group ✝️ (All men are invited.)
9:00 AM — No Class (Coach Dylan Dakin is unavailable.)
10:00 AM — Intermediate with Coach Jordan Genito
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM — Open Mat

Thank you for your flexibility. We look forward to seeing everyone on the mats tomorrow.

This Friday: July 17, 2026 Coach Fernando will not be teaching his regular 6:30pm class due to scheduling. We deeply apologize for this inconvenience.

Instead — we will have free rolls for Superior Members ONLY.

Come on in Friday night, and end the week off right.

Not just of techniques learned, but of early mornings, late nights, setbacks, victories, consistency, and the decision to keep showing up.

Today we celebrated another step forward for our students. Every promotion was earned through hard work, discipline, and countless hours on the mats.

To everyone who was promoted; congratulations. Your coaches are proud of you, your teammates are proud of you, and we’re excited to see where your journey leads next.

Thank you to all the families, friends, and teammates who came out to support them. Days like today are a reminder that jiu-jitsu is bigger than belts. It’s about the people who help us grow along the way.

Today we celebrate the nation that gives us the freedom to pursue excellence, build strong communities, worship freely, and step on the mats together.

Thank you to every man and woman who has served, sacrificed, and continues to protect those freedoms. We don’t take them for granted.

Above is just a small group of the few that came to celebrate with us. We had an awesome turnout for our Freedom Rolls this morning. Thank you to everyone who spent part of your Independence Day with the Superior family.
