Look, some days you come in feeling motivated, and other days you just have to get yourself through the door. Either way, getting started is what matters and we are happy all of our members show up. Keep working at your own pace, stay consistent, and remember that progress doesn’t always happen overnight. Every workout adds up, and every time you show up is another step forward.
