Sometimes self-care doesn’t look like a face mask and a quiet morning.

Sometimes it looks like going out for your favorite meal, taking a long walk, doing Pilates, getting a haircut, taking a nap, putting your phone away, or simply giving yourself permission to slow down.

Self-care isn’t selfish, and it doesn’t have to look the same for everyone. It’s about noticing what you need and making space for it — before you’re completely running on empty.

If you’ve been feeling drained, overwhelmed, irritable, disconnected, or just not like yourself lately, maybe your mind and body are asking for a little care. 🌿

There’s no one “right” way to be in therapy.

Some people sit quietly. Some fidget. Some curl up. Some need to move around. Some talk a lot, while others need time to find the words.

And all of it is okay.

Therapy isn’t about performing, saying the perfect thing, or showing up a certain way. It’s about having a space where you can feel safe enough to be you.

So get comfortable. Take up space. Be honest. Be messy. Be human.
