It’s a brand new month (and the official midpoint of 2026)!! We spent last month talking about abiding in Christ & how, when we do so, we begin to see His fruit in our lives.. One of those fruits is Peace. This month, we’re diving into the steps that we can take in order to experience God’s peace in our lives (even in the midst of unpeaceful circumstances).

I want to take a moment to shout out my girl, Cinna! 🩷 She’s been, consistently, taking my classes since 2018- in person when I lived in PA, and now virtually since my move to the DMV. There have been nights when she was in a class full of ladies, and other nights when it’s been just me and her… and either way, she puts 1000% into her workout! I may be her motivation as her coach, but she constantly motivates me to keep doing this! Thank you ,Cinna, for being you & for being one of my veteran dancers! I love having you on this journey with me! 🩷
