If you had told Beth 15 years ago that she would end up teaching yoga and living in Appleton, Wisconsin, she would've laughed her head off! Beth was a Vice President at a top-notch lobbying firm in Washington, DC, did not practice yoga and frankly thought it sounded extremely boring. She would hear people say, "yoga is a journey..." and think it sounded lame and altogether too touchy feely for her

Such a fun few days celebrating Catie’s graduation from St. John’s Catholic Prep! We are so incredibly proud of her hard work, dedication and resilience!
We are especially grateful to the teachers, staff, families and friends who welcomed us from Wisconsin in the middle of high school!
We know Catie has the foundation to follow her dreams and go make a difference!

Official last day of youth sports for the Power fam! What a ride… soccer, tball, tennis, golf, basketball, lacrosse, cross country, track and volleyball! So grateful for the coaches, families and friends we made along the way! Extra gratitude for the pa’s, nurses, doctors and medical teams that helped our kids through injuries!
All of these experiences helped build relationships, teach life values, inspire and build character! We are grateful!
