I’m incredibly honored to have been named one of Sass Magazine’s Top Women in Health & Fitness, a celebration of women who are helping others feel stronger, healthier, and more empowered.
A recognition like this naturally makes you stop and reflect on the path that brought you here.
The funny thing is... this journey didn’t start with a big dream of owning a business.
It started ten years ago with what I thought would simply be a fun part-time job while staying home with my son.
Somewhere along the way, that job became a so much more.
I realized I wasn’t just teaching fitness classes. I was helping moms reconnect with themselves. I was watching women walk into class doubting their strength and leave believing they could do hard things…not just in a workout, but in motherhood and in life.
That’s why I do what I do.
Yes, we build strength through movement. But more importantly, we build confidence, friendships, resilience, and a community where moms feel seen, supported, and valued.
Receiving this recognition represents something so much bigger than me. It represents every mom who has shown up, every instructor who pours her heart into our village, and every person who believes that when moms are stronger, families and communities are stronger too.
To everyone who has been part of this journey, thank you. Thank you for trusting me, encouraging me, and allowing me to do work that truly fills my heart.

The alarm comes early... but I wouldn't trade these mornings for anything.
Before the lights come on and the music starts, there's coffee ☕, a final look over the workout, and a quiet drive to class. Then my favorite part happens—moms arrive, women who are chosing to show up for themselves before taking care of everyone else.
That's what our early morning mom-only classes are really about. Yes, we lift weights. Yes, we get stronger. But we also build confidence, consistency, and a community that makes those early alarms a little easier.
If you've been wondering whether you can become an "early morning workout person," you don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to show up once. We'll take it from there.
