Growing up in Germany exposed the owner, Hannah, to a traditional sauna culture. 🧖🏼‍♀️

It only made sense for Squadstyle to replicate that experience. All memberships include access to the sauna. We also have a standalone membership with 24/7 access!

It’s unlike any gym experience and DEFINITELY NOT another “heated” infrared sauna 🫣😘
