This week we kicked off our Goalkeeper Training sessions for the Fall season! Registration is now open in PlayMetrics to current City SC Frederick players in grades 3-8.

Whether your soccer player is looking to sharpen their reflexes, improve positioning, or boost confidence in goal, these sessions are designed to support goalies of all skill levels and are free to current City SC Frederick players.

Congratulations again to our 2011 Girls Red team for finishing 1st in the EDP South Atlantic Flight 2 Blue flight this spring 🎉⚽ This weekend, they had a belated end-of-season celebration, and now they are locked in attending tryouts for their high school teams. Good luck at tryouts today and with preparing to start high school! We can't wait to see you back on the field.

⚽️ Big dreams start with the fundamentals! ⚽️

This fall, give your young athlete the perfect place to build confidence, develop new skills, and fall in love with the game. 🍂

City SC Frederick’s FUNdamentals Phase is designed for players ages 6–8 who are ready to strengthen their technical skills, learn teamwork, and grow in a fun, positive environment.

Players will work on ball mastery, dribbling, passing, shooting, and more through expert coaching and age-appropriate development.

📅 Training dates: Mondays and Wednesdays beginning August 24
⏰ Training times: 5:30–6:45 p.m.
🥅 Games: One game per weekend in September and October
📍 Home games: Ballenger Creek Park
🚗 Away games: Various locations throughout Frederick County
🏆 End-of-season tournament: Date to be announced
