One year anniversary’s and 50 check-ins are so fun to look back at to see how much progression has occurred! Birthdays start with the crown, cape and sash, singing “Happy Birthday” and the birthday burpees! From the outside looking in, we are a building that says “gym”, but take a step inside and you’ll see that we are a true community! One that celebrates the PR’s, but also plays softball together. One that pushes you to step beyond your comfort zone. One that goes on family vacations together. We are more than just 4 walls and some equipment-we are strength in community! 💪🏻
