This piece is an extremely beneficial tool for those of you who have limited ankle mobility as it puts you in a more upright position, balances load across your entire foot, and can also help with a greater degree of knee flexion. This can also be beneficial for a more quad bias movement pattern.

🏆2026 Frederick Fitness Games🏆

The first year for FFG is in the books and it is definitely one to remember! What an awesome event!

In just our first year, we had 54 athletes from four different states here competing in the fitness games. That’s 18 teams all here to battle it out for the title of Frederick’s fittest!

Thank you to everyone who came out for the even and helped to make such a success!

We all came together to have fun, create some good healthy competition with friends, and most importantly - to support such a great cause through the Mental Health Association of Frederick County Mental Health Association
