Ours started this year in Venango County, where generations of families have worked hard, built strong communities, and risen from challenges together. Just like the iron once forged here, we believe strong futures are built when kids are given the encouragement and space to grow. Venango Forge Soccer Club—a place where players and families can come together to Build Brighter and Play Stronger. Our name honors Venango’s roots in resilience, while our Phoenix mascot reminds us that from every challenge, something stronger and brighter can rise. Our hometown colors, seen through the area, - Red, Blue, Orange, and Cranberry, made with unity. And when we take the field, you’ll hear our rally cry loud and clear:

VFSC is ready to officially launch the PA West Fall Travel Season, and we could not be more excited for what’s ahead!

🔥 U9/10 TRAVEL TEAM - TWO SPOTS OPEN! 🔥
If your player is between 6.5 and 9 years old — or turning 10 after August 1st — this is your chance to join our Fall Travel Team!

This squad is fast, fun, and full of heart, and we’re looking for two more athletes ready to level up, learn, and play hard every week.

⚽ Season Details

Practices: Mondays & Thursdays

Parent Meeting: This Saturday at 4 PM

First Practice: August 24

First Game: September 13

Last Game: November 1

Game Days: Sunday afternoons only

⚽️🔥 FALL TRAVEL SOCCER UPDATE! 🔥⚽️

We are excited to share that some amazing volunteers have stepped up to help make a fall season possible for even more of our younger VFSC players! 💙🧡

Because of their willingness to coach, help, and support these teams, we are now opening Fall Travel Soccer registration for players with birthdates between August 2019 and July 2016!

📅 Practices: Mondays & Thursdays
👨‍👩‍👧 Parent Meeting: August 22
⚽️ First Practice: Monday, August 24
🏟️ Games: Sundays between 12:00–7:00 PM

Teams will play an 8-game season:
🏠 4 Home Games at our VFSC Cranberry Field
🚗 4 Away Games throughout the Tri-County area

This is a great opportunity for our younger players to continue developing, experience travel soccer, and represent VFSC this fall!

🚨 ROSTER SPACES ARE LIMITED.
Registration will be first come, first served, and once the available roster spots are filled, registration will close. MUST NOT BE ROSTERED ON ANYOTHER TEAM*

Good Evening VFSC Supporters and Community!

We have had an overwhelming interest in the younger age groups asking about signing up for fall soccer.

At this time we are only able to support a u12 Boys and u11 girls team. However, if we are able to find a coach of the other age groups then we could open up that option.

If you are willing and able to become a coach for us and support the younger players, please let us know!

You will need:
PA Background Check
Child Abuse Clearence
FBI Fingerprints / 10 year PA Resident Affidavit
Safesport Training
and PA West Admin and Application

VFSC can assist you with obtaining these documents and can provide reimbursement for any costs - as well as offer player discounts for parents who can help support.

🐦‍🔥⚽🎀 It’s Official: Our All-Girls Travel Team Is Happening! 🐦‍🔥⚽🎀

We are incredibly excited to share that, due to overwhelming interest from families across our community, Venango Forge Soccer Club will officially launch the first-ever Venango County All-Girls Community Travel Team this fall in the u11 age bracket!

The response has been greater than we could have imagined, and we are so grateful to every family, supporter, coach, sponsor, and community member who continues to believe in creating more opportunities for girls to play, grow, compete, and belong.

At this time, the team is not accepting additional registrations while we confirm the current roster. Parents and guardians who previously expressed interest should have received an email with team information and next steps. Please check your inbox and spam folder and contact us if you believe you should have received one but did not.

This is more than the start of a new team; it is the beginning of something truly special for girls’ soccer in our area.
