Meet The New Owners of Homegrown! ❤️

Hi everyone!

We're Daniel and Lacey Hall, both born and raised right here in Franklin. We have a precious twenty-month old daughter, Sunny, and two sweet dogs, Jax and Henry. Before becoming the new owners of Homegrown Fitness + Recovery, Daniel worked in hospitality for nearly fifteen years while Lacey was a teacher for eight years before becoming a stay-at-home mom to Sunny. In our spare time, we enjoy attending Discover Church, cooking, walking our dogs, and family time with our daughter.

We have a passion for health and wellness, including physical fitness, and as longtime members of Homegrown, we have a deep appreciation for the standards and values that Caitlyn and Josh Hina have worked to create and maintain. One of the many reasons we sought to purchase Homegrown was for the opportunity to uphold what Caitlyn and Josh have built while continuing to grow this community. It is important to us that we maintain the high standards that members of Homegrown have grown accustomed to and appreciate, including cleanliness, privacy without overcrowding, and an adult only atmosphere. It’s also crucial to us that every single person who walks through our door be met with kindness, integrity, and transparency, just as Caitlyn envisioned and put into practice for Homegrown.

We will always strive to best serve our members and community. We are incredibly excited for this opportunity, and we look forward to seeing all of our members on a daily basis as you will see at least one of us running the front desk Monday through Friday.

Eleven years ago, Homegrown started as a small idea and a big dream. Today, I get to share the next chapter of that journey with the community that made it possible. ❤️

As of September 1st, I'll have officially sold Homegrown Fitness + Recovery to a very special family.

Even writing those words feels surreal. More than anything, I feel overwhelming gratitude for the last 11 years and everyone who's been part of this story.

With my incredible husband, Josh, by my side, what started as a small home studio grew into what Homegrown is today. “From the Ground Up” was the original slogan, but it was also our reality. No investors or shortcuts. Just a dream, hard work, and a desire to create a place where people felt welcomed and cared for. Josh has been my biggest supporter and the person behind so much of what you see here. Basically, if you can see it, he built it!

Through every season, I can see God’s hand in this journey. I’m grateful for His blessings and equally grateful for the lessons that came through the challenges. Homegrown has stretched me, humbled me, strengthened me, and taught me more than I ever imagined. I trust Him completely with what comes next.

And of course our sweet puppy, Piper. 🐾 From the home studio in 2015 to today, she’s grown up alongside Homegrown as my little source of comfort. Through long days by my side, and plenty of belly rubs, she became your gym bestie too. 🥹

Most importantly, thank you. To every member, client, employee, friend, family member, and supporter who believed in Homegrown, trusted me, or cheered us on, you helped make this dream possible.

While saying goodbye is bittersweet, I’m excited for what’s ahead. Josh and I have begun a new business venture together, and I couldn’t feel better about the family taking Homegrown into its next chapter. They’ve been part of Homegrown for years, care deeply about this community, and I can’t wait for you to meet them tomorrow.

My chapter as owner is coming to a close, but the Homegrown story is far from over.

Beginning in our home...and becoming your home away from home...thank you for 11 unforgettable years. ❤️
