Irene completed our 13-20 week, comprehensive program and can now safely and effectively practice the 5 basic kb (swing, tgu, squat, press, and clean) and 5 basic barbell exercises (front squat, back squat, bench press, military press, and deadlift).
Not only that, but she also hit a back squat 5RM PR of 68lbs /31kg, a deadlift 5RM PR of 108lbs/49kg and a bench press 5RM PR of 48.4lbs 22kg! 🔔🔔🔔💪👊💥
