Another successful Mothers Day Punch & Brunch in the books! 🩷

Thank you so much to all of our Fundamentals moms that came to take class with their kids this past Saturday. We love you guys!! 💪

Had such a fun event with some of our Intermediate and Advanced girls ages 8 and up going over some jiujitsu techniques and concepts that we know will help them gain confidence in themselves and their martial arts training over time 💜

At our dojo, it is extremely important to us that our female students know they can trust the young men that also train with them to be challenging yet respectful to them on the mat, but to also learn to handle themselves and let jiujitsu be a major confidence boost in their lives, physically and mentally, as it was for me.

Thank you to those who attended this event - we can’t wait to host some more fun workshops!

It’s always a sad day when I have to lose some of my students/staff to college but I couldn’t be more proud of these two.

Sempai Jack has been a student here since he was 3 years old and was maybe up to my hip in height (now taller than me, but whatever!!! 😂) He has developed into a great instructor with the best energy and enthusiasm…just like he had when he was a kid himself on the mat!

Sempai Sophia is quite honestly one of my favorite success stories and came an incredibly long way in such a short amount of time. With only starting as a student at the dojo a little before COVID and turning into the confident young woman she is now was such a pleasure to watch and be a part of.

You’re both going to go on to do amazing things with your lives and your dojo family will always be here to support you along the way! We love you guys 🫶
