Dance/Sweat/Jump/Repeat We are a husband/wife team offering traveling fitness classes. Since we do not have a brick n mortar business we bring the fun to you!

We started this journey In 2015 with a fitness interest and recently branched out onto our own in 2025.

Tonight we sweat and smile at Fit N Dance! Join us at 5:45pm for a fun 45 min cardio class that mixes dance (no skills required) with exercise to give you an all over body burn.
If you'd like you are welcome to stay after for a FREE 15 MIN demo of Fire n Flex standing core.

💲 First class is free! After that class is $5 or you can buy a card for $20 and that gets you 5 classes
