IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!
Due to the miserable wet weather forecast for tomorrow, the CORNERSTONE FARM OPEN SCHOOLING SHOW SERIES show scheduled for tomorrow, September 13, will be cancelled and rescheduled to next Sunday, SEPTEMBER 20. We apologize for any inconvenience, but feel it is in the best interests of our horses and riders ( it’s no fun to ride in the rain!).
We hope that everyone will be able to join us next Sunday!

ITS JUST ONE WEEK AWAY! Join us next Sunday, September 13, as competition heats up at the CORNERSTONE FARM OPEN SCHOOLING SHOW SERIES! Check out the points standings for divisions through the August show as riders compete for some great year end awards! There are still two shows left in the Series, and remember you only have to show in three shows in the Series to qualify for year end awards!
We are looking forward to another great show with Karol Bennett as our judge and the Cornerstone Crew 4-H Club serving up some delicious breakfast and lunch specials! The fun starts at 9:00 am and the class list and entry form can be found on the Cornerstone Farm FB page and on the Cornerstone website, www.cornerstonefarmri.com.

This summer has flown by! Camp is finished, kids are back at school, and we are ready for an awesome fall season! Enjoy these great memories of a busy summer at Cornerstone Farm from summer camp, Foster Old Home Days, horse shows and Brieann’s trip to Louisville for the Worlds Championship Horse Show!

There will be no lessons or Saddle Club at Cornerstone Farm on Friday and Saturday, August 14-15 while the CORNERSTONE EQUESTRIAN TEAM finishes out the TSHA Open Show series at Falls Creek Farm! Enjoy these photos from the July show and we will see everyone next week!

The Rhode Island 4-H Horse Team is preparing for an awesome show at the New England 4-H Horse Show to be held at the Big E on September 24-27! Last night, we were joined by our favorite horse show judge, Mr. Ray Hackett, to practice the Equitation and Showmanship patterns. Ray helped fine tune each movement in the patterns to create smooth rides, and everyone agreed that their riding improved. Afterwards, we enjoyed pizza and held our ESE orientation so our Team is ready to take on the Big E and make Rhode Island proud of our 4-H Horse Team!

Thank you to everyone who made yesterday’s CORNERSTONE FARM OPEN SCHOOLING SHOW SERIES show run so smoothly despite the extreme heat! Our judge, Amanda Tourtellot , did an amazing job keeping things moving while taking the time to carefully judge each class. Our exhibitors all worked together to be ready for each class and to expedite any holds. Our parents, siblings and friends all kept a bright and supportive attitude even if they were dreaming of being at the beach!
It certainly wasn’t the best horse show weather we have experienced, but it turned out to be a really nice horse show! Looking forward to seeing everyone on September 13 with Karol Bennett as our judge!

Cornerstone Farm is preparing for a warm day tomorrow for the CORNERSTONE FARM OPEN SCHOOLING SHOW SERIES! We will begin promptly at 9:00 (so arrive early for hunter warm-ups), and we will try to keep classes moving efficiently to make the day as short as possible.Plan on staying for lunch featuring the popular Walking Tacos and refreshing frozen lemonade!
Bring the sunblock and lots of hydration and join us tomorrow!
