Working harder is not going to fix your problem.
I know that’s uncomfortable to hear.
Because working harder feels productive. It gives you a sense of control. But I’ve seen too many business owners stay stuck while putting in more and more effort.
The issue is not effort.
It’s direction.
If your thinking is not clear, more action just takes you further in the wrong direction. That’s where frustration builds. You start questioning yourself, but instead of stepping back, you push forward even harder.
What actually creates change is clarity.
And clarity rarely comes when you’re stuck inside your own head. It comes from stepping into the right conversations, where your thinking is challenged and expanded.
That’s what I focus on inside TAB.
If you’ve been pushing hard but not seeing the results you expected, it might be time to rethink how you’re approaching things.

I DIDN’T REALIZE HOW TIRED I WAS
I used to think I was just busy.
But looking back… I was exhausted.
Not physically.
Mentally.
Constant decisions.
Constant pressure.
Constant thinking.
Even when I was with my family…
part of me was still at work.
And the hardest part?
No one could see it.
Because from the outside… everything looked fine.
That’s what makes it dangerous.
You normalize it.
“This is just what it takes.”
But it doesn’t have to be that way.
What changed for me wasn’t less work.
It was having a place to release the weight.
A room where:
every person understands the pressure
I can say what’s really on my mind
and everything stays confidential
No judgment.
No pretending.
No explaining.
Just real conversations with people who live the same reality.
That space didn’t just help my business.
It gave me my energy back.

FATHERS DON’T FAIL THEIR CHILDREN — THEY FAIL THEIR CAPACITY
Working fathers don’t burn out because they don’t care.
They burn out because they’re carrying pressure they don’t know how to put down.
Entrepreneurship promises freedom,
but it often steals presence —
especially for fathers who are providing, protecting, building, and holding everything together silently.
I’ve watched fathers in the TAB Board Room soften for the first time in years.
Reconnect with their kids.
Rebuild their patience.
Show up at home with energy instead of exhaustion.
Lead their companies without losing their families.
Your children don’t need the father who sacrifices himself to the business.
They need the father who still has capacity to love, teach, and be present.
Apply to join the TAB Board Room — where fathers rebuild emotional bandwidth, leadership, and presence at home.
If fatherhood feels like pressure without pause,
this room restores you.

I GOT TIRED OF PRETENDING
For a long time… I played the role of the strong leader really well.
Confident.
Clear.
In control.
That’s what people expect from you when you’re the business owner.
But inside… there were moments I wasn’t sure.
Decisions I questioned.
Situations I didn’t fully understand.
Things I didn’t say out loud.
Because once you say it… it feels real.
And as an immigrant woman…
there’s another layer.
You feel like you have to prove yourself even more.
So you don’t show weakness.
You perform.
Until one day… you get tired of pretending.
I remember sitting in a TAB boardroom where another business owner shared something raw.
No filter. No image.
And it hit me:
“This is the first real conversation I’ve heard in a long time.”
Because everyone in that room was a business owner.
No one was judging.
No one was competing.
And everything shared was confidential.
So I spoke up too.
And that moment…
changed how I lead.
Because now I wasn’t hiding.
I was solving.
