Not only has she been on multiple retreats with us but she is also an OG of Soul Sweat! She’s been with us since the day we opened and we couldn’t imagine the studio without her! If she isn’t hard at work or with her beautiful family, you most likely will catch her in class. Make sure to say hi if you run into her! We love you, Whitney! ❤️

Meet Ashlee and Taylor- sisters who have been flowing with us since 2016! Their mom, Judy, introduced them to yoga when they were in high school and Ashlee even worked at the studio for a few years on Camp Bowie. Collectively they have taken over 800 classes and still show up weekly to practice together ❤️. Thank you for being a part of our story!
