300+ practices. Since 2010, Indra’s Grace has been serving Weatherford, Texas with over 200 students that join weekly. We are a conscious community committed to spreading the teachings of traditional Yoga. We are committed to the evolution and flowering of all beings. Our mission is to offer integrative, well-rounded, and
expanded practices from many Yogic traditions to support our students and contribute to raising human consciousness. We are passionate about sharing Yoga in a very traditional way which includes weaving in dharma, pranayama, meditation, asana, and mindfulness into each of our classes. Our goal is to empower students with tools for self-care, self-healing, self-management, and awakening. If you are a seeker looking for connection and finding deeper meaning beyond achievements, desires, trials, and sorrows, the "stuff" of daily life, Yoga practice can be a pathway towards lasting equanimity and peace. Whether you've begun to discover the insights that arise with the practice of Yoga and you want to go further, or you want to move beyond the old narratives that no longer serve you, Indra's Grace provides the scaffolding for growth from beginner to advanced yogi. Yoga, when practiced regularly, can be life-changing in positive ways. Our mission is to offer a space for ALL people regardless of age, race, religious background, and level to feel welcome. We love creating an inviting atmosphere that is inclusive of students of all ages and levels of practice. We are the first studio in Fort Worth that offers classes for beginners, seniors, chair yoga, kundalini yoga, vinyasa, restorative, hatha, and more. Our teachers are highly educated and trained to offer you the highest quality of Yoga for stress reduction, ease of mobility, strength, flexibility, and spiritual awakening. Most of our teachers have over 500 hours of Yoga education. We are a registered Yoga school through Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour and advanced 300-hour level. We offer Yoga teacher training that is certified and popular for those seeking Yoga as a lifestyle, not just an exercise program. Come join us! We truly have something for everyone and look forward to serving you. Indra's Grace is an invitation for you to realize your capacity for growth and development. Won't you come join us?

This is for the one who keeps saying she'll rest after this season wraps up. The one running on a low battery so long it's started to feel normal. Three days in November where the only thing on your calendar is coming back to yourself. You belong there exactly as you are.
Friday through Sunday, November 13–15, at the Bessie Mitchell House in Grapevine. Mornings and afternoons of somatic movement, breathwork, and real rest, 9am to 4:30pm, with unhurried lunch breaks to walk the gardens. No experience required — every practice meets you where you are.
We're not here to judge, we're not here to analyze — we're here to notice and learn. That's true in a room of fifty. In a private session, it's just the two of us, and that noticing gets to go so much deeper. A few September spots are open, Fort Worth or online. Request a free 15- minute call to learn more.
We tend to think stability and change are opposites — that the more grounded you are, the less likely you are to move. In my experience, it’s almost exactly backwards.
I wrote a new piece on why real change actually requires internal stability first, not less of it. Why staying stuck and reactive, panic-driven change often come from the exact same place. And why building that ground is the whole reason I’m teaching Rooted this November.
Most retreats ask a lot before they give anything back. Rooted doesn't. Drive in, sleep in your own bed each night, home by Sunday dinner — steadier in your body than you've been in months. November 13–15, Grapevine. Early bird ends
Labor Day.
Years ago, I needed a retreat like this and it didn't exist — so I built it. Rooted is three days in Grapevine this November, close enough to actually say yes to, deep enough to change how your body feels heading into winter. Early bird is open now through Labor Day.
