This week we’re at Gracie University HQ in Torrance, California for Women Empowered Instructor Recertification Training!

Continuing education is a big part of being an instructor. We’re spending the week refining techniques, learning from the Gracie University team, training alongside instructors from around the world, and bringing that knowledge back home to our students at Fort Worth Combatives.

The goal is pretty simple: keep learning so we can keep providing the best Women Empowered training possible.

We’re looking forward to bringing some new ideas—and probably a few sore muscles—back to Texas.
