*Teams- We only need 1 Registry per team. The captain will be responsible for coordinating with the rest of the players. Each team needs to have a minimum of 5 players. If you do not have 5, a free agent will be assigned to your team.

*Free Agents- We only need your contact information. You may submit the form after providing name, phone, and email. We will put you in contact with your assigned team once all the registrations have been received.
