Meet Nadia, the newest Pilates Center instructor on staff 🔥

Born and raised in the heart of the DFW metroplex, Nadia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her deep understanding of human movement stems from her background as a dancer from early childhood through grade school, as well as playing competitive sports in high school.

Nadia discovered her passion for Pilates three years ago after stepping into her very first class. She was instantly hooked and knew that teaching this transformative practice was her true calling. To provide the highest standard of instruction, she completed her BASI Comprehensive Teacher Training at The Pilates Center of Fort Worth. Nadia is dedicated to empowering her community through movement that honors both physical strength and mental clarity. She is passionate about helping her students develop a profound mind-body connection, helping them feel strong, centered, and fully confident in their own skin.
