Throwback Thursday ➡️ Then & Now.
Nine months ago, this athlete was working hard to make her kip consistent. Fast forward nine months, and the difference is incredible.
Side note: She spent about 3 of those 9 months out of the gym and rehabbing from an injury unrelated to gymnastics. That makes her progress even more impressive.
Progress isn’t always linear. Stay patient, trust the process, and keep showing up. The results will come. ❤️🤍💙⭐
