As we wrap up Spring and head into Summer we hope you'll join us this Memorial Day, Monday, May 25 for an abbreviated class schedule featuring Barre, Yoga & Nia. Join us for 3 morning classes starting at 8:30am and we'll pause our evening class schedule for the holiday.

Settle into sustained holds, deep stretching, and a meditative pace to release tension and restore balance.
