👏 What an incredible gathering! The Texas State Branch of IUOE came together for their biggest event yet, with Locals from all across Texas and neighboring states attending. Every year, these locals meet to discuss important issues unique to Petrochemical, Stationary, H&P, and other representation in the South-Central United States. It was great to have representatives from IUOE Locals 119, 123, 178, 351, 406, 407, 450, 564, and 627. Special thanks to Texas State Branch officers—President Charlie Singletary, Vice President Elva Campbell, Treasurer Todd Montie, and Trustees Jason Billings, Sarah Sterns, and Robert Teran. It was wonderful to have IUOE General President John Downey join for this year's gathering. Thank you to everyone who made this event memorable!

Texas City Worker Strike Enters Fifth Week - Houston Press Employees of Ashland Specialty Chemicals have been on strike at the Texas City plant since June 26.
