Help me welcome another great addition to our coaching staff, Coach Earl Garrison. He will be heading up our 16U - Gold team! 💪🏼 We are excited and blessed to have him part of our organization and his experience and passion for the game is a perfect fit for our athletes and BC Fastpitch. Below is a short bio about Coach Earl. Let’s give Coach a warm BC welcome.

I have been coaching softball for the last 6 years. I am dedicated to helping athletes develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game of softball. With a passion for teaching and mentoring, I focus on building strong fundamentals, promoting teamwork, and creating a positive, competitive environment where every player can grow.
I believe success is measured not only by wins on the field but also by the character, work ethic, and leadership players develop along the way. Through encouragement, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement, I strive to help each athlete reach their full potential both in softball and in life.

This team fought together, and from day one, they faced challenges that could have easily broken them. There were obstacles, setbacks, and plenty of moments when things didn’t go as planned.

But instead of giving up, these girls kept showing up. They worked, they fought, they believed in each other, and they continued to grow together as a team.

What started as a group of girls thrown together became a team that battled all the way to the Final Four in the last tournament of the season! 💪🥎

We may not have finished exactly where we wanted, but the growth, fight, determination, and memories made along the way are something to be proud of. This team proved that you don’t have to start together to finish strong together.

So proud of these girls and everything they overcame this season. They fought until the very end, and what a way to finish! 💙🥎🔥
