🍂 Autumn Adventure: Parents Night Out! 🍁

Parents, enjoy a night out while the kids embark on an autumn adventure at the Y! Children will enjoy four hours of fall-themed games, crafts, activities, and fun while you enjoy a little time to yourself. Dinner included!

What a night! Thank you to everyone who joined us at Almacen el Gallo to celebrate the Downtown YMCA and the power of community this past Tuesday.

Together, we’ve raised $116,457 toward our $150,000 Annual Campaign goal — nearly 78% of the way there! Every dollar helps the Y remain a place where children, families, seniors, and neighbors across Fort Worth can find support, connection, and opportunity.

A special thank-you to Adrian Burciaga, Martin Quirarte, and the entire Almacén El Gallo team for welcoming us and making the evening so special.

And to everyone who has donated, attended, shared our mission, made an introduction, or supported us along the way — thank you. This progress belongs to all of us.

Our work continues. Together, we’re keeping the Y open to all.

Thank you, Walmart Fort Worth - Airport Fwy, for believing in the power of our community.

We were honored to join Walmart today for their Grand Re-Opening and to celebrate alongside so many local organizations, businesses, and community members. It was a special morning filled with connection, celebration, and a shared commitment to making Fort Worth stronger.

Walmart generously presented three local nonprofits with grant donations, and we are incredibly grateful that the Downtown YMCA was one of them. Their $1,250 gift to our Annual Campaign will help us continue creating opportunities for children, families, seniors, and individuals who rely on the Y.

From the Amon Carter-Riverside High School Band filling the morning with music to the many organizations gathered around the store, today was a beautiful reminder of what happens when people invest in the place they call home.

Thank you, Walmart, for investing in the Downtown YMCA and the people we serve. We are grateful to be part of this community, and even more grateful to have partners who help us make a difference.
