Another weekend on the competition mats.

Coach Carlos earned silver in both his division and the open class.

Jonathan and Gus each earned silver after hard-fought matches.

The result is only part of the story.

The preparation, the willingness to step on the mat, and the lessons that come from it.

Proud of this group. Back to work.

Two weekends ago, some our people made the trip to Austin for IBJJF.

This is what the tribe looks like outside the gym.

Silver. Two bronzes. Gold.

They trained for it. They showed up for it. They earned it.

Three competitors this weekend.

Some matches went our way. Some didn’t.

That’s part of it.

What matters is showing up, testing yourself, and representing the team the right way.

Proud of this group for stepping on the mat and giving us everything they had.

Murph isn’t your typical BJJ workout. No drilling, no rolling, no tapping.

Just a mile, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another mile standing between you and done.

But today wasn’t about the mats. It was about Lt. Michael Murphy, a man who embodied the warrior spirit we train for every single day.

We stepped outside our comfort zone to honor someone who gave everything.

That’s what this community is made of.
