**IMPORTANT DISTINCTION** Therapy and Coaching are NOT the same.

We are trained to help you create your future, using today at the starting point. Sometimes we work with clients who we believe should explore therapy to heal their past. We help them process this recommendation and sometimes even make some referrals.

If you are unsure, you can always ask us. We believe in therapy as much as we believe in coaching. Both can help you make progress more quickly than working through it on your own.

We get called life coaches on the regular. We get it. There seems to be a plethora of "coach" titles out there. We personally find great value in life coaching (shout out to all of our life coach friends out there!). It's just not what we do here at Talent Uplifted.

This is how we describe the difference between a life coach and an executive coach. We each serve a different purpose. We encourage you to think about what you need the most right now.

Our workshops are coaching-centered. We facilitate more conversation and solutions built for you rather than stand and train (lecture) the entire time.

We definitely use teachable moments and share critical knowledge. We MOSTLY use interactive activities to help you create immediate lift back in the office.

When you spend the time, effort, and money on executive coaching, we want you to get sustainable results. Our approach is modern, strategic, customized, and energizing!

This summer our new Junior Marketing Director is taking over our page on Fridays. He recently went to an offsite learning event (summer camp) to grow in faith, bravery, and independence. Solid core competencies to invest in.
