If you have a child between 8-15 there is still a chance to get them into our program. We have few more weeks until school starts. This is a great introduction to the sport and a great way to introduce them to the sport. Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 a.m., $25.00 per class. You won’t it.

If you want to get in shape, it’s pretty simple. People often have to work harder to create excuses and avoid the gym, than actually just showing up. You invest your time and money to what’s important. Why not invest in yourself?

The facts are Coach Vernon Johnson Jr. works his ass off and has improved his fitness since we started working together. He had over a 9:00 PR from Hyrox Dallas to Hyrox Houston and has built an engine while maintaining strength. He stays consistent and puts in the work. Hyrox Youngstars class was a blast today! Getting in technique work. We love teaching the basics to keep the kids moving safe and efficienct. If you couldn’t make it this today, Thursday is the next class at 0900. We can’t wait to see what they do this season.
