IMPACT Run Club

Our Fall session for Flower Mound is open for registration! We are keeping the location (by popular request!) but changimg days and moving times! Tuesdays 4:30 - 5:30 at Westchester Park! We'll be adding in a 1/2 mile loop this year and if we have enough participants we can sign up for the Marathon Kids session! Session starts September 29th and runs to November 17th, see more details and register here:

The Fall 2026 Healthy Kids Running Series in FM is open for registration, register today to get early bird pricing! We’ll be kicking off on October 4th at Oaks Chapel Bible Church off 407 near Highland Village! The 5 week running series is a great way to let your kids try a race style run format with other runners and work on improving their time each week! The kids had a blast wrapping up our camp week with water balloons and soaker sprayers, they finished their About Me vision boards and added some variations to our PacMan tag game! Lots of running and some challenge exercises for the littles, it was a great week!

Camp this week has been fun trying new games and meeting new friends! Beach ball soccer cone showdown, glow in the dark Pac-Man tag, and exercise sampler relay! We have some mini but mighty campers and they’ve had fun creating their ‘about me’ vision boards! 🙌💪🏃🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️😎🎨

It was warm and humid but still a great race day at the event yesterday, rescheduled from rain out in April but we made it! Thank you to my fabulous family for helping with the water table at Mile 1! Second place in my age group, out of 2 lol…. 🙌🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃💪🥈

It was an amazing Spring 2026 session for the Flower Mound crew! Final race day challenge brought lots of laps and exercises and new rewards, power word shoe tags! Taking their on the go and focusing on those good wolf moods! 🙌🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏾‍♂️🏃👟💙
